200 hr Yoga & Aerial Teacher Training

At Phoenix Rising, we proudly offer a comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Alliance® teacher training in collaboration with AIReal™ Yoga. Our unique certification program empowers you with a flexible hybrid approach, combining both online and in-person learning experiences.

During the in-person sessions, we emphasize essential aspects of yoga instruction such as sequencing, application, hands-on assists, atmosphere creation, and the business side of yoga. Our training goes beyond the standard 200-hour certification, including an additional 50-hour AIReal™ Yoga teacher certification.

This dual certification not only distinguishes you from other instructors but also equips you with specialized skills to support clients with back pain, Parkinson’s, ADHD, scoliosis, and more. Join us at Phoenix Rising to elevate your teaching career and make a meaningful impact on your students' lives.

In addition to all this you will get to spend a weekend training in person with globally recognized Carmen Curtis. Creator of the first Aerial Yoga program recognized internationally by yoga alliance. A headliner at yoga festivals, choreographer and Cirque de Soleil performer. To train with her will give you a unique edge you simply won't find anywhere else but in her studio in CA.

Yoga Alliance Certified

Yoga Alliance certification is the standard for most yoga studios. This will open doors to you should you look to teach abroad.

Practice Teaching

When you are ready we allow for you to partake in our "Emerging Instructors" series. Free classes offered to the community featured here in house. This will be invaluable to you upon graduation.
