    Foundation Flow - Beginner Friendly Yoga Class

  • A dynamic class that challenges your balance and body control, perfect for those looking to progress from foundational poses to more advanced sequences.  A challenge for any level but approachable for all.

    Flow & Balance - Enhance Your Balance and Strength

  • The class focuses on on strength and control. Ideal for those looking to enhance muscular endurance and tackle more challenging poses. Opportunities for entry level arm balances appear.

    Power Yoga - Build Strength and Endurance

  • A gentle class emphasizing the connection between breath, mind, and body. With softer asanas and guided coaching, this session cultivates mental clarity and mindfulness, often incorporating sound bowls, incense or inspirational quotes.

    Mindful Movement - Connect Breath, Mind, and Body

  • Stretch & Flow- Heated

    A 90-minute session dedicated to intentional stretching and physical healing. There is a nice flow to stimulate the body and unlocked range of motion.  The temperature is raised to encourage mobility.

  • A soothing weekly session blending mindful movement, foundational poses, and restorative yoga. Practiced by candlelight, this class promotes deep relaxation, mental clarity, and physical renewal, offering a serene escape from daily stress.
