Standard adult membership: $149/month

1 Monthly Sauna Session: Enjoy guided recovery and relaxation time to support joints and mobility.

Contract Term: 12-month agreement at the senior rate of $75/month.

Insurance & HSA Reminder: Many insurance plans and programs like Silver Fit® / Silver&Fit® may reimburse or subsidize our standard $149 membership. This $75 senior rate is designed as a lower-cost option for those whose plans do not include fitness benefits.
