Opening Circle & Intention Setting
Yogi Bryan opens the retreat with a humorous ice-breaker to set a relaxed tone. Participants share their intentions for the day and the new year while enjoy herbal tea from Bali.
11:00-11:30
Coffee & A Bite
Enjoy some coffee and a spread of food. Time for participants to mingle and discuss their experiences.
2:00 - 3:30
NLP Workshop: Reframing Perspectives
An interactive workshop where Yogi Bryan introduces basic NLP techniques to help participants reframe their mindset for the new year.
5:00 - 6:00
Tea Break & Book Signing
A break for herbal teas and healthy snacks. Participants reflect in their journals, guided by prompts from Yogi Bryan.
9:30-11:00
Invigorating Morning Flow
A playful yet energizing yoga session with Yogi Bryan, suitable for all levels, incorporating laughter yoga elements to warm up the body and spirit.

Mindfulness Walk and Meditation
A guided walk in nature, (weather permitting) leading to a serene spot for meditation. Yogi Bryan leads a mindfulness meditation, focusing on presence and the senses.

New Year's - Yoga Nidra
A Yoga Nidra session to set a Sankalpa (resolution) for the new year.
