Join Nichole for Reset & Glow, a 75-minute New Year experience blending Pilates Fusion, Dance Cardio, black lights, music, and plenty of glow.
We’ll blend Pilates-inspired strength and sculpt work with upbeat Dance Cardio for a workout designed to get you moving, sweating, and feeling good after the holidays.
This isn't about resolutions, punishment, or becoming a “new you.” It's about starting the year doing something that feels good—moving your body, having some fun, and bringing some energy into 2027.
Expect great music, black lights, glow, and a room full of people ready to start the year on a high note.
Dress for the glow. Bright colors, white, neon, metallics, and anything that comes alive under the black lights are encouraged.

Includes the full 75-minute Phoenix in Wonderland experience plus one “Drink Me” energy beverage from The Window. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, enjoy your beverage, and get ready to glow. This is an active fitness event. Participate at your own pace and modify or rest as needed.
