Light up the holiday season with a night of movement, music, and glow.
Join Nichole for Holiday Glow, a 75-minute holiday-inspired experience blending Pilates Fusion and Dance Cardio into one high-energy workout under the black lights.
Expect holiday music, glow, and plenty of movement as we trade some of the holiday rush for a night that’s simply about moving, sweating, and having fun.
We’ll blend Pilates-inspired strength work with upbeat dance cardio for a workout designed to challenge you without taking itself too seriously. Whether you come with friends or on your own, expect a room full of energy and a very different kind of holiday party.
Dress for the glow. Wear comfortable workout clothes and feel free to make it festive—bright colors, white, neon, holiday gear, and anything that comes alive under the black lights are encouraged.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get settled before we begin.
