108 Sun Salutations. One room. One practice.
Join Vincent for a special Phoenix Rising practice marking the Winter Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations—a tradition built around movement, repetition, breath, and the mental challenge of simply continuing.
But this isn't a race.
We'll move through all 108 together, broken into guided sets with opportunities to pause, reset, grab water, and modify along the way. Vincent will be on the mat completing every round alongside you and leading the room from the first salutation to the last.
You don't need to complete every repetition perfectly. Rest when you need to. Modify when you need to. Lose your rhythm, find your breath, and rejoin the room when you're ready.
After number 108, we'll slow it all the way down, recover together, and your first recovery drink from The Window is on us.

108: Winter Solstice
Includes the complete guided 108 Sun Salutations experience plus one recovery drink from The Window after practice. Bring your yoga mat and plenty of water. Rest, modifications, and breaks throughout the 108 are completely welcome. Please arrive 15 minutes early so the entire room can begin together.
