In this yoga class we marry breath to movement. This is a great place to start with a class tempo that gradually builds. There is an emphasis on greater explanation and fine tuning of the poses and transitions.
In a Vinyasa 1 flow you can expect to only be in any one pose for a few breaths before moving into the next. For an experienced yogi, think of a peak pose being dancer. This is a great class for all levels, building strength, mobility, and confidence.
In this yoga class there is a baseline understanding of common yoga poses, and transitioning. In a Vinyasa 2 the tempo is faster, the transitions require more strength and balance, and newer more difficult poses are unlocked.
You will enjoy this class much more once you have an understanding of your body, yoga, and your strengths and weaknesses.
This class can be for all levels, as every pose can be adapted to the practitioner but requires either athleticism or knowledge in sequencing.
Similar to a Vinyasa 2 but expect some drills as we now begin to incorporate arm balances to the class.
Those with wrist pain or injury can still take this class but should be ready to work a little harder. Forearm plank is more difficult than your standard plank!
A full-body workout. In these classes you tap into the wealth of knowledge of your instructor.
These classes are a blend of Barre, Pilates, HIIT, Yoga, Buti, and more. Sometimes weights are incorporated as are resistance bands.
Ideal for those looking to tone, build endurance, and get their dose of cardio.
BUTI yoga is a unique practice, known for it's cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement, and conditioning. Created by celebrity trainer Bizzie Gold, it's designed to offer a calorie-scorching, body-sculpting, and dynamic yoga practice.
In heated classes the cardio portion of the sequence is dropped.

Yoga for complete beginners

Merge is a unique program that incorporates specific movements and exercises to target the fascia - your body's largest organ that controls movement and stores all the information of past traumas, movement patterns and more.
You will rebuild and restore any areas of weakness or pain in the body, deepen your yoga practice, and optimize your entire athletic performance by learning about fascia and gaining a deeper understanding and connection with your body.
AIReal yoga is unlike any other practice, and not just because of the obvious addition of the yoga hammock.
In an AIReal class you can expect to gain both strength and mobility faster and safer than in a floor based practice. This is because the hammock will allow you to get deeper into poses and hold them for longer. Supported by the hammock you can also reap benefits from poses that you couldn't access or hold otherwise all while building the confidence, mobility, and strength to add them to your practice out of the hammock in the future.
AIReal yoga is exceptionally amazing and beneficial for anyone suffering from back pain, scoliosis, or even a spinal fusion.
