INSIDE FLOW

Experience the only Inside Flow class in Rhode Island. This unique Vinyasa evolution syncs movement with music, allowing your body to 'sing' along with various songs from hip hop to pop.

POWER YOGA

Build strength and unlock new poses with our Power Yoga class. This class emphasizes shoulder and upper body strength, preparing students for arm balances while focusing on injury prevention.

AIREAL YOGA

Transform your yoga practice with our Aerial Yoga class. Using a yoga hammock, this class accelerates strength and mobility, promotes deeper poses, and enhances pose endurance. Ideal for those with back pain, scoliosis, or spinal fusions, it's a unique way to overcome limitations and boost your traditional practice.

Cycling - Ride 30,45,60

We invested in brand new Keiser M3i bikes.  They ensure a smooth ride, consistent resistance, and optimal training.  Get your cardio in, make friends, ride to the beat.  30, 45, and 60 minute classes as well as a few Sound Off (tm) immersive experiences
